Harvest Thanksgiving

We celebrated our Harvest Thanksgiving this morning, thinking about all the blessings we receive, and the hard work and commitment necessary for the wonderful farming all around our parish. We read Psalm 104 together, and created a harvest tree with reminders of all the produce we grew this year. We also thought about our responsibility to be good stewards to creation, and to share the blessings we receive. And we enjoyed lovely conversations over coffee and tea, and delicious homebaking, after the service. The church was once more so beautifully decorated - many thanks to our talented team!
