Outdoor service and lunch

On Sunday, we had a lovely sunny outdoor service at Woodhead Farm, followed by a delightful bring-and-share lunch. Anna and Hugh Broad's garden looked wonderful, and thanks to many helping hands, it was transformed into an outdoor church - including picnic blankets. We thought about how lucky we are to be surrounded by our beautiful countryside, and in seeing our food quite literally grow all around us. Liz told us about her work with RHET, and Hugh about his work at Woodhead and their involvement with LEAF. Following our Bible passages, we discussed how we can ensure that our faith is rooted in fertile ground, and where we can see fruits of the spirit in our own faith life.
