​BIBLE STUDY AND FAITH DISCUSSION GROUP

The study and discussion group gets together every few weeks for about 90 minutes, usually on Monday afternoons. We have looked at some of the Old and New Testament books, with the help of various commentaries, and are discussing different church/ religious/ Christian-related topics.  It’s good to take a couple of hours out occasionally to discuss themes which we’re interested in and have questions about - we often stray off message and don’t necessarily come up with any answers, but we always find it’s been helpful and enjoyable to share ideas. ​If you would like to hear more or join in, please contact us.

This winter, the group is looking at 'God is Closer Than You Think' by John Ortberg, an American pastor and teacher, and meets monthly on Mondays, 2.30-4pm in East Saltoun.
