Messy Church Advent bags

Our Messy Church Advent bags went our this weekend, with lots of activities for the children. 

They of course included Margo's famous biscuits, without which no Messy Church here would be complete.

There was also a pop-up Nativity scene, ready to be coloured in, cut out and build up throughout Advent. Thank you to O and T for showing us what theirs looks like.

Janice prepared a star craft kit. Thank you to E and L who've shared their completed stars with us!

​We also offered a salt dough kit, to make little candle holders and shine a light.

We also offered a kit to make up a special kind of Advent Calendar, by adding a star to our ring every day, on which we could write down something we were happy about that day, so that by Christmas, we would have a whole Advent ring of happiness.
